1 General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk999 pedal and every registered or unregistered user of this platform. Browsing the tk999 pedal website, creating an account, playing any game, or completing any transaction means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. All services and activities offered on tk999 pedal are governed by this document and any other policies published alongside it. These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

tk999 pedal is an online gaming and betting platform. It offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. These services are available only to adult users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Process

To register on tk999 pedal, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details submitted at registration must be truthful. If an account is opened with false information, we reserve the right to permanently close it, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be voided.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tk999 pedal may at any time request a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. This process is carried out to protect members' accounts.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register and play on tk999 pedal, a member must be 21 years of age or older. The date of birth provided at registration may be verified. If age verification fails, the account and all related transactions will be considered invalid.

In addition, residents of restricted areas may not use the platform. We urge parents and guardians to monitor their children's devices and internet access to prevent underage gaming.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk999 pedal is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposit details must match the name and information on your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances, additional time may be needed for verification.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits or withdrawals using a payment account or bank account registered in another person's name are not permitted. If such a transaction is detected, the relevant account will be subject to investigation and tk999 pedal reserves the right to hold the funds.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or misuse of the payment system is found, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

5 Bonus Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk999 pedal offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This means depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (wagering requirement). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers.

A bonus is not free money — it is a matching offer with specific wagering conditions attached. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — which games are eligible will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• tk999 pedal may set a maximum stake limit on bets placed with bonus funds.
• tk999 pedal reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

When other promotional offers are published from time to time, separate terms will apply and will be stated alongside the offer. Each offer may be claimed only once unless otherwise stated.

6 VIP Program Terms

tk999 pedal's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is a refund calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

The criteria for determining and changing VIP tiers are controlled by tk999 pedal. Tiers may move up or down based on gaming activity and participation. Cashback is added directly to the account and wagering conditions may also apply to it.

7 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

7.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the system causes an incorrect amount to be deposited or withdrawn, tk999 pedal reserves the right to correct the error. Any transactions that took advantage of such an error will be cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming

tk999 pedal believes online gaming should be enjoyable, but it should be enjoyed responsibly. Members can set their own deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits. A detailed responsible gaming guide is available on our platform.

If signs of gaming addiction appear, a member can request their account be suspended temporarily or for an extended period. This service is provided with complete confidentiality. If you are concerned about a family member, please contact our support team as well.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The detailed policy on how members' personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.

• Providing false or misleading information

10.3 Consequences of Restrictions

12.2 Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these Terms is declared legally invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be effective independently.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy published alongside them form the entire agreement between tk999 pedal and the member. No verbal or written promises beyond this document are valid unless incorporated herein.
